Where do you find the excel add-ins discussed in the course to create custom short cuts?
The WST Macros add-in that I use is created by Wall Street Training. It’s free to download and use. You can find it here:
I’m having some problems with the ctrl – shift – alt – D function. Generally all the WST shortcuts work and I can select this specific shortcut from the ribbon but not when using the keyboard. Any advice would be appreciated.
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+D keyboard shortcut to work. This is the first I’ve heard of this glitch and unfortunately I’m not sure even where to start in terms of troubleshooting!
The only thing I can think to suggest is that you email the folks at Wall St Training that built the WST Macros add-in and ask if they’ve heard of anyone else having the issue. The email address they have on their website is: [email protected].
Let me know if you’re able to fix the issue – I’ll be interested to hear what’s causing it!
