Job Duties
- Asset management of properties held by private funds under operation/development
- Preparation of mid- to long-term asset/portfolio operation plans, annual budgets and infrastructure construction for these
- Planning and promotion of asset/portfolio profit improvement measures ・
- Decision on asset sales and deal execution
- Assistance with underwriting when acquiring assets
- Asset/portfolio performance monitoring
- Investor reporting, etc.
Required qualifications:
- Cash flow model creation and analysis, knowledge of investment or financing, practical experience
- PC skills (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- University graduate or above
Preferred qualifications
- Work experience (2 years or more) in real estate funds, real estate asset management companies, property management companies, business corporations, and financial institutions, etc.
- Business English (readable and writeable level. TOEIC score target: 730 points or higher. However, emphasis is placed on whether the ability to actually use the language is being utilized rather than the score itself)
