Location: Oklahoma and Texas (Fort Worth area)

You’ll be the face of our brand, hustling at industry events, building relationships with real estate investors, realtors, commercial brokers, lenders, bank loan officers, title companies, and more. You will be responsible for a weekly YouTube channel, scripting and starring in videos that captivate our growing investor list.

This is not a 9-5, Monday-to-Friday desk job. You’ll thrive in an unconventional schedule packed with after-hours events and community outreach. What You’ll Do:

• Own the Brand: Amplify our presence through killer social media campaigns, bold marketing strategies, and a weekly YouTube channel you’ll script, plan, and execute.
• Hustle & Network: Attend multiple industry events monthly, forging ironclad relationships with real estate investors, realtors, commercial brokers, lenders, bank loan officers, and title companies.
• Drive Growth: Spearhead operations in Oklahoma, streamlining processes and fueling our expansion.
• Close Deals: Target real estate professionals and investors, turning connections into loans and driving our growth.
• Be the Face: Represent our brand with charisma and confidence at community events, trade shows, and business socials.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience: Must have proven experience in lending, real estate, sales, or marketing. Possessing both lending/real estate and sales/marketing experience is a major advantage.
• Networking Prowess: Natural-born charisma and relationship-building skills are non-negotiable—we can teach you the industry, but we can’t teach you to be a networking superstar.
• Tech & Social Media Skills: Proficient in creating compelling social media content and growing an online following.
• Availability: Able to work unconventional hours, including frequent after-hours events and community outreach.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree related to the field (Business/Finance)
