From one-off valuations to entire portfolios, we advise on all property types in London, delivering accurate valuations based on our specialist knowledge of the city\u2019s real estate.<\/p>\n<p>The Central London Valuation and Advisory team is a dynamic group of 23 people. Our experience ranges from valuing single assets to large complex portfolios. We work with high profile London investors including Land Securities, The Crown Estate, Cadogan Estates, Grosvenor and Shaftesbury Capital, all of which are market leaders. We would summarise some of our experience as follows:<\/p>\n<p>The Crown Estate \u2013 A quarterly valuation focusing on retail and office assets on Regent Street and St James. A value of \u00a37.5bn.<br \/>\nLand Securities \u2013 Providing half yearly valuations of their properties in Central London. A total portfolio value of circa \u00a38bn.<br \/>\nCadogan Estates \u2013 An instruction to carry out an annual valuation of their \u00a34.0bn Chelsea portfolio.<br \/>\nShaftesbury Capital \u2013 We provide half yearly valuations whose portfolio comprises \u00a32.6bn of retail and office properties based in Covent Garden.<br \/>\nBerkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM)\u2013 An annual instruction of 120 properties in Mayfair totalling circa \u00a35bn.<br \/>\nGrosvenor Estate \u2013 annual instruction of their Mayfair and Belgravia portfolio.<br \/>\nValuations for all the major UK and International banks, Debt Funds, Insurers and other Alternative lenders as well as for owners, investors and developers of central London real estate.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Close liaison with clients ensuring high quality advice is consistently delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Valuation of a wide range of commercial property involving some of the most prestigious properties in Central London.<\/li>\n<li>Valuation for accounting, fund reporting and loan security purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other members of the Hyderabad and London Valuation team on the valuation process and undertake quality control of their work.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of detailed reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Select appropriate comparables, performing analysis, and drawing conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Advice to clients on acquisitions, disposals and for review purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with senior team members on high profile instructions.<\/li>\n<li>To integrate with the wider CBRE network and other business lines such as Capital Markets and Agency teams.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and share relevant market intelligence and support senior members of the team with other value-add tasks.<\/li>\n<li>To support an expanding team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Support senior members of the team with business development, RFPs and pitch activities.<\/li>\n<li>QRM compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Support with training and mentoring more junior members of the team to develop management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Person Specification\/Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>MRICS qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of 18 months post qualified experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate may have an HypZert (MLV) accreditation or an interest in completing one.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of property valuation methodologies and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using valuation software and tools, such as Argus Enterprise &amp; Developer and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in reporting and data analytical tools to drive operational efficiency and reduce potential data transposition errors.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of property market trends and factors influencing property values.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in property valuation.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and support senior valuers, but also able to operate autonomously in an efficient and productive manner.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise tasks, delegate where appropriate and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys working under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Valid UK driving
