You coordinate investor-facing activities such as non-deal roadshows, invite-only lunches, conferences, and investor events. You also prepare executive briefings, manage corporate access with investment banks, and work closely with internal teams across the company to support investor relations initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond logistics, you actively build knowledge of Prologis\u2019s strategy and business by participating in internal meetings and learning sessions. Your ability to manage multiple priorities helps keep the Investor Relations team organized, informed, and prepared to deliver consistent, high-quality engagement.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for company-hosted events, including conferences and investor days.<\/li>\n<li>Manage corporate access and logistics for non-deal roadshows.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute recurring investor communications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the investor relations website and internal databases, and monitor the general IR inbox.<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships and process invoices and expense reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Head of Investor Relations with budgeting and administrative support.<\/li>\n<li>Support shareholder inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely, effective manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in financial services, corporate communications, or investor relations.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in economics, accounting, finance, business, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in financial services or commercial real estate.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM or capital markets intelligence systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with event coordination a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/prologis.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/Prologis_External_Careers\/job\/New-York-New-York\/Investor-Relations-Coordinator_R6342-1?q=commercial%20real%20estate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prologis Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the Investor Relations Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting clear, timely, and effective engagement with the investment community.
