Minimum 5 years of current work experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Support the development and maintenance of financial models for development projects.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Evaluate deal structures, capital stacks, and return metrics (IRR, equity multiples, etc.).<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist with preparing financing packages for lenders, investors, and joint venture partners.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conduct market research to verify rent, expense, and absorption assumptions.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Analyze rental trends and data from broker outreach and industry resources.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Contribute to evaluating investment strategies, including cash flow projections, returns, etc.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Participate in financial and physical due diligence for investment opportunities.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist in the review and coordination of project entitlement work.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist in the review of operating budgets and financial reporting.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Compile quarterly financial reporting for active investments. Other tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial analyst of new development projects.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel modeling and analytical functions required.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong time management skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be an independent worker.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills and ability to work independently.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As part of the interview process applicant will be asked to conduct and lead a live, walk-through demonstration of a mixed use complex development model with multi tier capital sources and return distribution waterfalls to demonstrate applicant\u2019s aptitude and knowledge of financial modeling in a mixed use context.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
