The analyst will be responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions opportunities in the office and residential asset classes, for both existing assets and development projects. The role will involve working with teams across our core functions, including: portfolio management, asset management, development, equity &amp; debt capital markets, property management, corporate strategy, innovation, design and construction, and leasing.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Underwrite stabilized, value-add and development investment opportunities using Excel and Argus software to develop pro forma cash flows and sensitivity analyses<\/li>\n<li>Assist with due diligence process associated with acquisitions and developments including performing feasibility analyses, costing analyses, detailed entitlement processes, financial underwriting and debt financing<\/li>\n<li>Work with appropriate asset-expert teams to analyze and negotiate customer demand and deal structures<\/li>\n<li>Perform robust market research \u2013 through third-party data providers and communication both internally and with local brokers \u2013 to compile relevant lease comparable, sale comparable, competitive sets, development pipelines, and general market data to inform underwritings<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentation materials and proposals with responsibility for written and graphic requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment<\/li>\n<li>Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated curiosity and desire for continued growth<\/li>\n<li>Strong creative problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and financial modeling<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Consistent attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/ts.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/tishmanspeyer\/job\/NYC---Midtown\/Experienced-Analyst--Acquisitions_R008747\">Tishman Speyer&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced analyst to join the NY acquisitions team for an immediate start.
