The role involves preparing analyses, reports, and presentations, supporting investment and leasing activities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the performance and value creation of the residential portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, a structured and proactive working style, and a keen interest in residential real estate and asset management.
