The planning team coordinates financial reviews and the overall budgeting and forecasting process for Apartment Communities.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitates the financial planning and budgeting process by effectively partnering with and aligning key stakeholder functions.<\/li>\n<li>Aggregates and consolidates Divisional forecasts and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the production of monthly financial and capital reporting, conducting financial reviews on a periodic basis.<\/li>\n<li>Provides proactive guidance on operational results and cash flow needs to Corporate Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) and Corporate Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Structures custom analyses that drive insight into Company operating and financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Reengineers and streamlines existing processes, procedures and systems as needed to scale the business for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Leads and mentors junior members of the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Education:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>7 &#8211; 10 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>B.S. \/ B.A. degree with an emphasis on Real Estate, Economics and\/or Finance.
