{"id":42003,"date":"2026-01-30T00:39:50","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T06:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=42003"},"modified":"2026-02-02T00:43:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T06:43:56","slug":"financial-analyst-apartments-division-83800-107800","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/financial-analyst-apartments-division-83800-107800\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Analyst &#8211; Apartments Division ($83,800 &#8211; $107,800)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Financial Analyst supports the Capital Planning &amp; Analysis team of the Irvine Company Apartments Division with capital budget request processing, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitates the preparation of capital budget request memos and supporting exhibits.<\/li>\n<li>Provides project analytics, data validation and reporting for quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-term planning for Apartments Division capital investment.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares recurring and ad-hoc capital spend\/project-level reporting and analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains data integrity of project-level data within the Portfolio and Project Management System (PPM) on the SAP platform and associated Business Intelligence reporting data model.<\/li>\n<li>Interprets and manipulates large datasets from multiple data sources in order to build financial models and reporting packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional Skills:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within corporate finance, financial planning &amp; analysis, investment banking, public accounting, consulting, or commercial real estate preferred; multifamily experience a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of database structures, financial modeling, Google Sheets, Tableau, Webi, and SAP experience a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Education:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.irvinecompany.com\/job\/Irvine-Financial-Analyst-Apartments-Division-%28%2483%2C800-%24107%2C800%29-CA-92617\/1356724500\/\">Irvine Company&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Financial Analyst supports the Capital Planning &amp; Analysis team of the Irvine Company Apartments Division with capital budget request processing, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
