If you have a passion for numbers and real estate, and enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic growth in a fast-paced industry.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support real estate investment, development, and financial structuring decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, property performance, and financial metrics to guide strategic planning by obtaining support from teams across India.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely deliver of the financial models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, update, and validate detailed financial models including cash flow projections, valuation, and scenario analysis for real estate assets.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct sensitivity and risk analysis to assess potential impacts on investment returns.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing model findings for internal stakeholders and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with valuation and advisory teams to align assumptions and data inputs.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve modelling processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of experience in financial modelling, preferably within real estate or related industries.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software; experience with Argus or similar real estate platforms is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and valuation methodologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, construction management or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.colliers.com\/job\/financial-modelling-analyst-real-estate-in-india-jid-2715\">Colliers&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a skilled Financial Modelling Analyst to join our dynamic real estate team at Ahmedabad .
