The candidate will assist in underwriting, analyzing, and monitoring transactions for various PIMCO funds and alternative strategies.<\/p>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exits<\/li>\n<li>Actively monitor key performance indicators, property and financial performance, market conditions, servicing and administration of project draws\/fundings<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify any potential credit\/market risks as well as proposed solutions associated with portfolio investments<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committees<\/li>\n<li>Build and enhance portfolio reporting, analytical activities, and stress testing<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment theses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>POSITION REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited institution demonstrating strong academic credentials<\/li>\n<li>Underwriting multifamily affordable housing debt and\/or equity<\/li>\n<li>Experience in originating, servicing, and asset management<\/li>\n<li>Execution experience, with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling skills<\/li>\n<li>Capable of managing commercial relationships<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and integrity, candidate should be a team player that is proactive and self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit \u2013 a desire to find new solutions and improve the team investment process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/pimco.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/pimco-careers\/job\/Newport-Beach-CA-USA\/Affordable---Multi-Family-Analyst_R105696?jobFamilyGroup=6e192a3f175201508467c7b1f9096c28&amp;jobFamilyGroup=6e192a3f175201dedd3984baf9097228&amp;jobFamilyGroup=6e192a3f175201133a64ab9ff9096028\">Pimco&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PIMCO is looking to hire a Multi-Family Housing investment professional to join its growing affordable housing lending team based in Newport Beach, CA.
