You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the overall success and growth of the team.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Valuation Services: Conduct valuations for various property types, including commercial, residential, and development sites. Provide detailed reports in line with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards and other relevant regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on market trends, investment potential, and property strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market conditions and trends, using this knowledge to provide informed valuation insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship: Support junior team members with guidance on technical and professional development.
