These reports to be prepared according to Global Valuation Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Independently review US Residential Mortgage underwriting files for credit quality, income assessment, collateral valuation, and adherence to bank\u2019s mortgage underwriting standards and credit policies (Fannie Mae\/Freddie Mac, FHA\/VA, jumbo portfolio lending, Non-QM, ARM programs).<\/li>\n<li>Oversee periodic quality control (QC) reviews, pre-fund and post-closing audits, and highlight exceptions requiring escalation. Ensure compliance with key US mortgage regulations: TRID, ATR\/QM, HMDA, FHA\/VA, ECOA, Fair Lending, UDAAP<\/li>\n<li>Validate collateral quality by analyzing appraisal methodology, comparable selection, adjustments, LTV\/CLTV, and property risks.<\/li>\n<li>Providing support for regulatory, audits and compliance testing.<\/li>\n<li>Perform advanced market research, reviewing reports published by industry leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial statements for historical trends, and compare those to market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Lead team-level quality assurance testing to verify appraisal reviews are consistent with credit policies and procedures. Escalate the errors\/concerns for corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to expand skills into related parts of the team\u2019s workflow and create new work products.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with colleagues across the globe to achieve team goals, gaining insight into how a global organization works.<\/li>\n<li>Review of junior team member\u2019s work, provide required training to the team and contribute on global projects\/stretch assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team in terms of personal development, oversee production to ensure deliverables are on time and are of high quality, and provide timely feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Manage escalations, and show a strong inclination towards problem solving and innovation<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to production and recognize proper delegation, setting of department goals, work on synergies across different teams, projects to increase production and create efficient workflows and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll bring to the role:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail oriented, with exceptional analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of various asset classes, financial statements, and valuation methods.<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong problem identification and solution techniques<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Personnel management\/coaching<\/li>\n<li>12-15 years\u2019 work experience in financial services industry which includes at least 10 years\u2019 experience in real estate valuation<\/li>\n<li>CA or MBA with knowledge of financials products.
