If you&#8217;re ready to blend rigorous investment analysis with strategic thinking and client\u2011focused innovation, this role is for you.<\/p>\n<h2>You&#8217;ll be responsible for:<\/h2>\n<p>As a key member of the investment team, you\u2019ll deliver high\u2011quality analysis, build advanced financial models, and help drive decisions that influence the direction of our European real estate strategies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investment Analysis &amp; Underwriting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain sophisticated Excel\u2011based models for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Underwrite new equity and debt investment opportunities and validate external models.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare investment memoranda, transaction analyses, and fund strategy papers for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Portfolio &amp; Asset Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and forecast performance of existing investments, including IRR updates and variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Work with asset managers and JV partners on annual business plans and hold\/sell recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Support fund strategy through ongoing portfolio-level analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Market Research &amp; Due Diligence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and compile qualitative and quantitative insights.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze macro trends, sector dynamics, and competitive positioning across European markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development &amp; Wealth Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support bespoke deal structuring for private wealth clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing innovative product concepts for multi\u2011investor platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare tailored materials and presentations for wealth management partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with structured finance, tax, and fund accounting teams to ensure financial models reflect capital structures and tax considerations.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships with internal teams, transaction partners, and JV stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>You&#8217;ll need to have:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or advisory.
