Includes supporting on property level testing, generating different types of returns. Should have at least 2 to 3+ years of experience in real estate performance, finance, audit, asset management or fund accounting. Knowledge of Yardi \/ Yardi Performance module is preferred. Preparing performance attribution reports on monthly and quarterly basis.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Role<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in performance\/benchmarking systems. Ensuring departmental procedures are followed reviewing the accuracy and integrity of performance, benchmarks, and other information.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing systems, Database and performance report designing.<br \/>\nA strong analytical approach, as well as a high degree of<\/li>\n<li>numerical and quantitative competency and accuracy. Expert knowledge of performance attribution and characteristics and benchmark composition.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, interpret and investigate variances in portfolio performance; peer ranking; attribution\/contribution results used in the analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with various groups including Global Performance &amp; Risk teams, Investment Management teams, Client teams, Sales &amp; Marketing teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Experience You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements<\/li>\n<li>2 to 3+ years of experience in finance\/fund administration, real estate, Performance reporting and Investment management with Yardi environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Asset Management or fund administration or fund accounting is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets<\/li>\n<li>Good accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented<\/li>\n<li>With high learning ability and positive curiosity<\/li>\n<li>Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in MS Office including Excel<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Advanced Excel\/Macros is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and implementing automation opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.
