The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience closing commercial real estate related transactions. Experience with both direct real estate transactions and lending\/borrowing transactions is preferred. AWM is focused on a wide range of real estate activities and transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing (both lending and borrowing), construction, development, and asset management. Asset classes include office, retail, multifamily, hospitality and industrial. The Closer position will provide support for many facets of the closing process related to these types of transactions, as well as general transaction project management. Excellent organizational, project management and customer service skills are required. The candidate must be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Word and Excel, and enjoy working in a team environment.<\/p>\n<h2>OUR IMPACT<\/h2>\n<p>The Real Estate operations team members will become subject matter experts within Operations who play a critical role in establishing new processes, transitioning functions from other parts of the business whilst supporting bespoke and varied transactions. New products\/ business, entity creation, trade support &amp; settlement, asset servicing, infrastructure enhancements and cross-regional co-ordination are core activities.
