We are looking for a self-starter, who is highly collaborative, analytical and has a strong interest in Real Estate.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and confirming pro forma cash flow projections, return analysis and waterfall projections for potential investment opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Preparing summaries of investment opportunities for internal or client presentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and participating in due diligence relating to investment opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Working collaboratively with other groups such as research and portfolio and asset management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>0 &#8211; 3 years of real estate experience with a strong preference for candidates with prior professional work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance or real estate<\/li>\n<li>General understanding of real estate finance, property valuation and equity investment analysis<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator with strong writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized, detail oriented and deadline driven<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and handle ambiguity<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Argus experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job Location and Travel<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>This position is based in our Chicago office.<\/li>\n<li>Our team works in office 4-5 days a week.<\/li>\n<li>Moderate to extensive travel required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We are looking for great candidates who have a unique combination of experiences, traits, and talents.
