Welltower is seeking a Summer Intern\u202fto be a key member of the Welltower Sustainability Team. We are looking for a hardworking upcoming Junior or Senior pursuing a college degree with a passion for the intersection of Sustainability and Real Estate, along with a desire to learn about how a Sustainability team operates within a REIT. The role will require strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and communications skills, with prior finance knowledge preferred.<\/p>\n
The Sustainability Summer Intern will project manage meetings, milestones, and management reporting and is heavily involved in Welltower\u2019s Sustainability data collection. You will coordinate with stakeholders across all business segments to gather data to above all learn first-hand of what it’s like to be a part of a sustainability team. This position will be based in our New York City office.<\/p>\n
