You\u2019ll play a key role in maintaining Arbor\u2019s strong portfolio performance while gaining experience in loan structuring, credit reviews, and market research.<\/p>\n<h2>What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and analyze financials, rent rolls, and market data for loan modeling<\/li>\n<li>Conduct borrower due diligence and preliminary credit reviews<\/li>\n<li>Screen assumptions and supplemental loans for agency eligibility<\/li>\n<li>Collect and reconcile loan application documents and financial exhibits<\/li>\n<li>Order and review appraisals, inspections, and environmental reports<\/li>\n<li>Support underwriters in preparing credit packages for Loan Committee<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site inspections and research economic\/demographic trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field<\/li>\n<li>1\u20133 years of real estate or finance experience preferred; Master\u2019s in Real Estate may substitute for experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Travel: Up to 20%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/arbor.com\/jobs\/?gh_jid=7611632003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arbor Realty Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a Portfolio Retention Analyst, you will evaluate maturing loans for refinance opportunities and support underwriting for assumptions, supplemental loans, and new originations.
