The analyst will focus on reviewing and evaluating new loan opportunities and serve as a key point of contact for tracking the progress of those opportunities through the loan cycle, assisting with the marketing of our products and services to potential customers and interacting with the borrowers through the underwriting process.<\/p>\n<h2>We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and analyze current and historical income and expenses of a property, along with market data, to determine the potential terms and conditions of the loan.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare loan submission packages for lender review and communicate with lenders.<\/li>\n<li>Compile, add, and maintain quotes to present to clients and track internally.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain communication with the borrower and mortgage banker throughout the process from quote to close.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate information flow during due diligence\/underwriting stage.
