The role provides support in delivering commercial real estate transactions and advisory projects, including, but not limited to, data tapes, term sheets and offering documents for CMBS and CLO transactions, and other commercial real estate loan underwriting and securitization services.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the preparation and review of offering documents, annexes and other transaction materials to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency prior to securitization<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the collection and analysis of loan-level and property-level due diligence, ensuring alignment and investor and rating agency standards<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with accountants and legal counsel<\/li>\n<li>Assist reviewing large-loan write ups and offering documents for accuracy and consistency and completion of data tapes for CMBS and CLO securitization transactions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including originators, underwriters, legal counsel and accountants to ensure timely completion of deal milestones<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy across transactions<\/li>\n<li>Work with a variety of clients (financial institutions, REITs, private equity funds and hedge funds) to execute bespoke commercial real estate securitizations on a principal or agented basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in structured finance; CMBS or CLO transactions and prior securitization experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher, ideally in a finance-related field of study such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, or other fixed income analytical tools a strong plus; exposure to databases and\/or programming languages a plus<\/li>\n<li>Firm understanding of the principles of finance, real estate, securitization and business operations<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented, with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and project management skills with attention to detail and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills to interact with functional partners, clients and rating agencies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player with organizational and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/hdow.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_1001\/job\/246553\/?keyword=commercial+real+estate&amp;mode=location&amp;utm_source=website&amp;utm_medium=careers-external&amp;utm_campaign=careers-external\">Newmark Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Vice President to join our growing team in NYC.
