Join a high-growth team that has experienced exceptional expansion, is recognized for its investment focus, and consistently delivers landmark deals\u2014including: the largest public market M&amp;A transaction; the largest equity raising; and largest IPO announced during 2025. This is an investment hire, offering exposure to a high volume of deals and robust deal flow.<\/p>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on transactions across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers &amp; acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals with a focus on Australia, while also having the opportunity to work on global cross-border deals involving Australian clients.<\/li>\n<li>Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to move the marketing\/execution process forward.<\/li>\n<li>Refine marketing\/execution materials for maximum client impact and oversee the creation of financial models.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, third-party consultants).<\/li>\n<li>Lead client negotiations, Q&amp;A process, and management interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in business and company events to identify new business opportunities and pitch for new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor analysts and associates, assisting them in developing their industry and corporate finance skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years\u2019 experience working in the front office of a top-tier Investment Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Highly driven, detail-oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong historical performance reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Well versed in M&amp;A, ECM, and DCM with a track record of leading the execution of deals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management.<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Real Estate coverage banking experience.<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate transaction experience and proficiency with industry trends strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_1001\/job\/210713699\/?keyword=commercial+real+estate&amp;mode=location&amp;selectedPostingDatesFacet=7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JP Morgan Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you\u2019ll have experience driving new business origination efforts, leading the execution of transactions, and developing strong relationships with clients.
