Responsibilities will include providing assistance to the local country head for the Benelux in its investment and asset management activities. The current Dutch portfolio, managed by Nuveen Real Estate, currently consisting of a variety of office, outlet and logistics properties with an AUM of c. \u20ac1,350 m.<\/p>\n<h2>Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Asset Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the assets performance and the operating management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and complete annual business plans and asset management initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the agreed asset management initiatives, capex programme, and renewal\/lease up targets.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and execute lease transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in making value add business cases profitable.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support research in all areas of real estate<\/li>\n<li>Instruct, coordinate and supervise external professional teams<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reporting to investors, analysis and explanation of variances.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in data collection of quarterly\/annual property valuation process and review them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the local portfolio manager in the underwriting of new investment opportunities or potential dispositions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in any Due Diligence process.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quarterly investment reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Present to Board and Investment committee.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to a pipeline of investment ideas that are in market or coming to market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors or Master\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in English and Dutch<\/li>\n<li>Financial, analytical, and modelling skills (experienced user of Excel).<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience in real estate asset management.
