Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Relations, this role will articulate NGC&#8217;s vision and investment strategy to external stakeholders while managing comprehensive investor-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker who excels in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs proactively, and balances high-level strategy with meticulous execution. This position requires exceptional storytelling ability, intellectual curiosity, and the capacity to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while maintaining excellence in all deliverables.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities and Duties<\/h2>\n<p>Strategic Communications &amp; Thought Leadership<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with department leadership and the NGC executive team to refine and communicate platform strategy through compelling investor materials<\/li>\n<li>Lead development of sophisticated external communications including pitch books, portfolio reviews, thought leadership content, and materials for conferences and speaking engagements<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex investment themes into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse investor audiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Transactional Execution<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Associate Director in managing end-to-end workflows for closing new vehicles and developing products responsive to market feedback<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with Nuveen&#8217;s product team on new vehicle and product development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Manage rapid-turnaround responses to DDQs, RFPs, and ad-hoc client inquiries with precision and strategic insight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client Reporting &amp; Relationship Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee timely completion and coordination of all client reporting and deliverables across NGC&#8217;s full suite of investment products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and excellence in all client-facing materials<\/li>\n<li>Build trust and maintain strong relationships across functions and organizational levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Educational Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>University (Degree) Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Career Level<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2+ years of investor relations and\/or institutional client services experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years of fixed income or real estate investor relations experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>RFP and DDQ experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Related Skills<\/h2>\n<p>Accountability, Adaptability, Clean Energy Acumen, Collaboration, Commercial Mindset, Consultative Communication, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Executive Presence, Prioritizes Effectively, Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.tiaa.org\/sr-manager-investor-relations-nuveen-green-capital\/job\/F9C3E59A9EF9750AB9423B75F5236190\">Nuveen&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nuveen Green Capital Senior Manager, Investor Relations will serve as a key communications partner for the platform.
