In this role, you\u2019ll support key activities such as new loan setup and onboarding, managing borrower requests, updating systems for loan modifications, and preparing payoff calculations, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service. You\u2019ll partnering closely with borrowers, asset managers, accounting, and investor reporting teams while applying your analytical and problem\u2011solving skills while navigating multiple systems in a collaborative, fast\u2011paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>This role is based in our Dallas, TX office following a hybrid schedule ( at least 3 days in office is required) .<\/p>\n<h2>What to expect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Work independently and as a team to manage all servicing functions throughout the life cycle of the loan, including new loan boarding, cash processing, billing, disbursement and expense processing, rate cap and swap monitoring, system updates for loan modification, and payoff calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming borrower inquires and requests while providing excellent customer service both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain manual interest calculations and create amortization schedules on more complex loan structures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily \/ monthly reports including system exception reports, suspense, and delinquency reports to ensure accuracy by researching, working issues and exceptions.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively work servicing tasks and servicing loan triggers.<\/li>\n<li>Read and interpret servicing agreements, loan documents and any other governing documents to ensure accurate new loan boarding and monitoring throughout the life cycle of the loan.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationship with other departments (such as Accounting, Asset management, Special servicing, other servicing teams, etc.) including other PGIM offices.<\/li>\n<li>Review current processes and recommend process improvements as appropriate to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you will bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Loan Mortgage Servicing or Investor Reporting experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
