{"id":42923,"date":"2026-03-20T12:07:19","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T17:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=42923"},"modified":"2026-03-18T23:07:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T04:07:51","slug":"analyst-structured-asset-management-5","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/analyst-structured-asset-management-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyst, Structured Asset Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Analyst, Structured Asset Management will be responsible for the analysis, servicing and reporting of loans in Arbor Realty Trust\u2019s (ART) loan portfolio.<\/p>\n<h2>Essential Job Functions (Duties\/Responsibilities)<\/h2>\n<p>The Analyst, Asset Management will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support an Asset Manager overseeing and managing a portfolio of multifamily loans.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with financial analysis of commercial real estate properties including operating, budget and variance review, loan administration and borrower support, review and analysis of leases, appraisals and engineering reports and review of monthly billings.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and edit reports for investors, auditors, and senior management; including but not limited to CLO investor newsletters, management reports, and rating agency reports.<\/li>\n<li>Property valuation including market analysis and research.<br \/>\nMaintain data and run reports in the Enterprise loan servicing system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in Finance or a related discipline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Prior experience in finance or related field; prior experience in real estate, risk\/financial analysis, valuation of commercial real estate properties, underwriting or asset management of Fannie Mae and\/or Freddie Mac loans, client relationship management, distressed loan workouts, capital markets and property rehabilitations are a plus.<\/p>\n<h2>Knowledge\/Skills\/Abilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; Loan servicing system experience a plus (I.e.
