The role is well\u2011suited for candidates who are intellectually curious, eager to learn how institutional real estate funds operate, and excited to interact with teams across the firm.<\/p>\n<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Investor Onboarding &amp; Relationship Suppor<\/strong>t<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner directly with the Client Capital Management Group and Portfolio Managers to onboard new investors, ensuring a seamless and informed experience throughout the subscription process.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with prospective and existing investors to guide them through documentation requirements, subscription materials, and operational timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships by responding to investor inquiries promptly and professionally, coordinating with internal subject matter experts, as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work across the firm\u2014including with Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Portfolio Management, IT, and Fund Administrators\u2014to address investor needs and support operational workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in discussions around fund terms, side letters, and governing documents (PPM, LPA, subscription documents) to help ensure accurate interpretation and execution of investor\u2011related provisions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the coordination and administration of the side\u2011letter process in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform onboarding and administrative functions for investor transactions such as contributions, redemptions, and transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and organized data across internal systems, portals, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development, documentation, and refinement of operational processes and controls, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Analytics &amp; Regulatory Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the capture, reconciliation, and review of investor\u2011related data used for compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal strategic analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Perform light analytics to help inform investor reporting, operational planning, and relationship insights.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of AML\/KYC requirements and help ensure investor documentation meets regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to cross\u2011departmental projects aimed at enhancing the Investor Operations platform and evolving the investor experience.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in special initiatives that offer exposure to multiple functional areas of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>1\u20133 years of relevant experience preferred\u2014but recent graduates with strong internship experience and a passion for investment management are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Organized, detail\u2011oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with clients, senior leaders, and cross\u2011functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem\u2011solving abilities and a proactive, curious mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with a positive, team\u2011oriented attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, and data manipulation); experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in private equity funds, real estate investing, and alternative investment products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Attributes for Success<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionalism, strong client\u2011service orientation, and the ability to interact effectively across teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team\u2011oriented environment.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to accuracy and excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in exploring how emerging technologies, including AI\u2011enabled tools, can drive efficiency and enhance operational workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/franklintempleton.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/Jobs-Clarion\/job\/NY1MFL15CL\/Investor-Relations-Analyst_866864-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Clarion Partners Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Investor Relations Analyst will play a central role in delivering a high\u2011quality investor experience across Clarion\u2019s open\u2011end and closed\u2011end funds, serving both institutional and private wealth investors.
