This requires familiarity with Discounted Cash Flow Models and ability to review\/test the inputs and assumptions of the DCF Model. This role will also manage general day-to-day upkeep on the needs of the Portfolio Management department. This role sits in our Boca Raton office and reports directly up to our Vice President.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the fair value process including coordinating valuations with investment teams and organizing for quarterly valuation committee meetings<\/li>\n<li>Review DCF models from deal teams, ensuring accuracy of the inputs\n<ul>\n<li>Assess viability of discount rates and exit multiples based on geography and sector and ensure consistency applied across the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Review assumptions (hold period, industry comps, etc.) with deal teams on a quarterly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Arrange independent appraisals on behalf of the investment portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Organize firmwide initiatives to optimize financial reporting processes including the fair value process; Drive consistent and high-quality operational standards and implement best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio monitoring at every level (investment, portfolio, and fund)<\/li>\n<li>Manage tech-enabled portfolio analytics platform to collect, analyze, and report portco financials and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Support broader finance and investor relations teams in dealing with new product development, existing clients and prospective investors<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with multiple departments (deal teams, investor relations, and fund accounting) to provide standard monthly\/quarterly reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare fund performance analyses leveraging portfolio monitoring platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Masters in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>MUST have 2\u20133 years full time work experience in corporate finance, private equity, financial due diligence, or valuations<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of quickly learning new systems and business applications is required<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter \/ highly organized \/ detail oriented \/ ability to prioritize appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple competing high-priority projects<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated team player with a can-do attitude<\/li>\n<li>Professional maturity, with the highest level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Close attention to detail, with a high degree of accountability<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivation, ambition, and desire for increased responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Combination of self-confidence and humility; views success as the success of the entire team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/job-boards.greenhouse.io\/digitalbridge\/jobs\/5064392007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DigitalBridge Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sitting within the Portfolio Management team, this role will have a partial focus on overseeing and improving the valuation and performance reporting process for the Private Equity funds.
