{"id":43065,"date":"2026-03-31T01:58:11","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T06:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=43065"},"modified":"2026-03-26T01:00:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T06:00:32","slug":"debt-strategies-asset-management-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/debt-strategies-asset-management-associate\/","title":{"rendered":"Debt Strategies- Asset Management Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bridge Debt Strategies is seeking an Asset Management Associate to assist in the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of real estate debt investments and review and analyze property-level operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower reporting to evaluate loan performance, business plan execution, and credit trends.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, analyze, and process borrower requests including loan modifications, extension options, reserve and capital improvement draw requests, and property releases; prepare materials for senior management approval<\/li>\n<li>Prepare internal and external reporting packages, including quarterly business plan updates, annual investor reporting, CLO reporting, and internal performance reports<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure that each loan is in compliance with loan covenants, cash management provisions, and reporting requirements as outlined in the loan documents<\/li>\n<li>Re-underwrite existing direct loan investments by gathering due diligence and proactively identifying any potential credit, market, or performance risks<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate loan onboarding and ongoing administration internally while working closely with third-party servicers<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with originations\/deal teams, finance, legal, servicing, and additional third parties to ensure efficient loan management and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site inspections as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you should bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 to 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, lending, and\/or finance<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a top-tier university<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of real estate cash flow modeling, valuation, and credit analysis across all property types<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you can be apart of<\/h2>\n<p>As a member of our Debt Strategies team, you\u2019ll be part of a dynamic, multifaceted group at the center of an expanding platform.
