We work with various groups at Freddie Mac, the Optigo network, and the US Multifamily industry.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Impact:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support more seasoned analysts in borrower consents<\/li>\n<li>As you grow, analyze, process and manage transactions by completing underwriting analysis on borrower requests such as, easements, rental achievements, repair modifications, replacement reserve reviews, and other industry standard loan requests<\/li>\n<li>Underwrite and process multiple requests simultaneously utilizing organizational skills and a high level of efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Monthly review of loan\/deal-level credit enhancements and property level financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Support new deal and loan product initiatives for the team<\/li>\n<li>Provide superior customer service while managing a large volume of requests<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and communicate effectively with Optigo Servicers and internal partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Typically has 2 to 4+ years of relative experience in commercial real estate finance and asset management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of requests and be a flexible teammate<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products specifically Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work accurately on projects with specific goals and measurable deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers<\/li>\n<li>LIHTC experience is preferred, not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Keys to Success in this Role:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Interest in continuing to develop asset management skills and learning about various loan products; passionate about a variety of financing structures or unstabilized assets<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; with strong interpersonal and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and be proactive; must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand complex legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Experience with financial analysis and valuation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.freddiemac.com\/us\/en\/job\/JR16623\/Multifamily-Asset-Management-Professional\">Freddie Mac&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Structured Transactions Team within Freddie Mac Multifamily Asset Management is responsible for asset management of the most complex portfolio and securitized loans, including bonds, Tax-Exempt Loans, Transitional Lines of&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7459,"featured_media":41897,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"McLean, VA","_application":"https:\/\/careers.freddiemac.com\/us\/en\/job\/JR16623\/Multifamily-Asset-Management-Professional","_company_name":"Freddie Mac","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.freddiemac.com\/","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"$94,000 -
