The role involves underwriting, financial modeling, lender engagement, marketing, and transaction execution for loans typically ranging from $20MM to $200MM across agency, life company, bank, and alternative lending platforms. The Senior Production Analyst will play a central role throughout the full debt placement lifecycle and serve as a key execution, analytical, and coordination resource for the team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Underwriting &amp; Financial Analysis<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for multifamily assets, including scenario, sensitivity, and refinancing analyses<\/li>\n<li>Underwrite properties using historical operating statements, rent rolls, and budgets,<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market conditions, capital markets, and lender requirements to inform loan sizing, pricing, and execution strategy<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate debt structures, including fixed and floating rate loans, prepayment penalties, yield maintenance, defeasance, interest-only periods, reserves, and exit scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Provide actionable recommendations to borrowers and senior originators regarding optimal capital structures and value-preservation or enhancement strategies<\/li>\n<li>Research and interpret local and state tax regulations, reassessment triggers, and valuation methodologies impacting underwriting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Debt Placement &amp; Lender Coordination<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support senior originators in sourcing, structuring, and executing multifamily debt financings<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate lender outreach and manage communications with agency, bank, life company, and debt fund counterparts<\/li>\n<li>Track lender feedback, pricing, and term sheets to support optimal execution<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of lender-facing financing packages, credit narratives, and internal memoranda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Marketing &amp; Client Materials<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the creation of debt marketing materials, including financing packages, pitch materials, lender presentations, and borrower-facing analyses<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent branding and high-quality presentation across print, digital, email, and web-based marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and other vendors to deliver best-in-class presentations and marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Track marketing effectiveness and refine materials based on lender and client feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Transaction Management &amp; Execution<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage transactions from signed engagement or term sheet through loan closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate appraisals, inspections, third-party reports, borrower diligence, lender requirements, and closing timelines<\/li>\n<li>Review and interpret complex real estate documents, including leases, loan agreements, and closing documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparation and submission of contracts, disclosures, and transaction documentation in compliance with brokerage, state, and local regulations<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions on track and clients informed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Operations, Systems &amp; Team Support<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the central communication and workflow hub between originators, analysts, marketing staff, lenders, and external parties<\/li>\n<li>Oversee CRM systems, databases, deal pipelines, marketing outreach, and transaction records<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality control, consistency, and accuracy across all underwriting, marketing, and client deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows, checklists, and operating procedures to support platform growth and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Manage task prioritization, project flow, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent assignments<\/li>\n<li>Support leadership with operational strategy, execution, and day-to-day management initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior team members, offering proactive insights, recommendations, and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Real Estate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, mortgage banking, lending, investment sales, or principal-side roles with meaningful debt exposure<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of multifamily valuation, capital markets, debt structures, and cash-flow analysis (NOI, DSCR, LTV, debt yield)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical rigor with high standards for data accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly professional, proactive, discreet, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently within a team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to obtain real estate licensure or mortgage banking credentials as required by state law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB EXPECTATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Occasional domestic travel is required for this position<\/li>\n<li>Regular and reliable attendance required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families including medical and dental plan;
