This is a key role for a highly analytical and commercially minded individual with strong Excel modelling skills and a proven understanding of real estate asset management and investment. The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of assets and strategies, supporting performance at both the fund and asset level, while contributing to the strategic direction of our investments across the UK and Europe.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Asset Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage investments throughout their lifecycle, including business planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, valuations, and periodic reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and analyse asset-level financial models to monitor performance and support decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and execute value creation initiatives, including leasing strategies, capex programmes, and operational improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor third-party property managers and joint venture partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support external valuation processes and review third-party appraisals.<\/li>\n<li>Identify investment risks and recommend mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and execute investment dispositions as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transactions &amp; Acquisitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate acquisition opportunities across Europe, spanning multiple strategies and asset classes.<\/li>\n<li>Support underwriting and due diligence for transactions sourced within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate due diligence and closing processes with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support debt-raising activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with follow-on investments, strategic sourcing, and transaction screening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investment Committee &amp; Stakeholder Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare materials for investment committees, senior management, and investors, ensuring clarity, accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad-hoc investment-level information and analysis to key stakeholders and investors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to Associates and Analysts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years previous experience in real estate finance such as private equity, investment banking or corporate finance.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience supporting senior investment team members on asset management and transaction execution.<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure to operational real estate preferred (e.g. residential, student housing, senior housing, self-storage).<\/li>\n<li>Strong academic record with excellent quantitative and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced financial modelling capabilities; high proficiency in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter who can operate independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated commitment to company values and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in an additional European language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We are looking for great candidates who have a unique combination of experiences, traits, and talents.
