Our Corporate Loan and Real Estate Servicing team is seeking a professional who can work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.<\/p>\n<h2>OUR IMPACT<\/h2>\n<p>Corporate Loan Servicing team and Real Estate Servicing Teams are responsible for managing life-cycle events on Loan Deals. The team is also involved in various aspects of recording and maintaining risk inventory by working closely with stakeholders in the Finance, Credit and Technology segments.<\/p>\n<h2>JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling of loan servicing activities (new borrowings, increases, rollovers, paydowns, commitment reductions) and ensure currency cut-offs are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Have a front-to-back understanding of the loan product and the events associated with it by managing a complex portfolio and be an SME.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean inventory for the team and perform effective supervision and EOD checks including payment approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure control measures are established to scrutinize exceptions\/errors to prevent any operational losses and review these measures constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to daily operation policy and procedure and internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure posting and escalation process is adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Own control reports and be part of weekly metrics and contribute towards RCSA deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Create an environment where skills are shared and achieve department and business goals<\/li>\n<li>Train, coach and mentor the new joiners in the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a finance related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of MS Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for dealing with complex issues and communicating them to various stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and able to work well under pressure along with leading the team in the right direction.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/higher.gs.com\/roles\/160046\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Goldman Sachs Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you looking to apply your analytical skills in managing an inventory of loan products?
