You will benefit from a strong brand presence, established networks and industry-leading tools, all within an environment designed to support ambition and long-term career growth.<\/p>\n<h2>Job Description<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end sales campaigns for commercial properties<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers<\/li>\n<li>Source new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market appraisals and provide strategic advice to clients<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate sales agreements and heads of agreement<\/li>\n<li>Prepare marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external marketing teams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of listings, inspections, and client interactions (CRM systems)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate property inspections, open days, and client meetings<\/li>\n<li>Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall team performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About You<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>New or proven experience in commercial real estate, property, or a related sales environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong business development and relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of local commercial property markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Current Real Estate License \/ Certificate of Registration (State-specific \u2013 NSW, VIC, QLD, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or related fields (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/jobs\/r314668\/commercial-real-estate-agent-broker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cushman Wakefield Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Real Estate Agent or Broker to join a fast-paced, high-performing Investment Sales team built on collaboration, discipline and collective success.
