You\u2019ll work closely with underwriting, origination, borrowers, and third-party vendors to ensure loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with FHA requirements.<\/p>\n<p>This role is critical to keeping complex transactions moving from intake through submission.<\/p>\n<h2>What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect, organize, and review underwriting documentation, including financial and credit exhibits<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the processing and packaging of FHA multifamily and healthcare facility loans<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential delays, deficiencies, or timing issues and work proactively to resolve them<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with borrowers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Order, track, and manage third-party reports (appraisals, market studies, environmental reports, property condition assessments)<\/li>\n<li>Support FHA new construction, refinance, and acquisition loan programs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects and provide general processing support as needes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required; Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of FHA multifamily loan processing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of FHA multifamily underwriting and loan programs<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/arbor.com\/jobs\/?gh_jid=7601048003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arbor Realty Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a FHA Loan Processor, you will support the processing and packaging of multifamily and healthcare facility loans under applicable FHA programs.
