{"id":43377,"date":"2026-04-15T11:30:31","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T16:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=43377"},"modified":"2026-04-14T22:32:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T03:32:10","slug":"loan-surveillance-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/loan-surveillance-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Loan Surveillance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Loan Surveillance Manager I will be responsible for managing a portfolio of performing and non-performing Investor Agency Loans consisting of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and conduit loans in order to assess portfolio quality, identify areas of risk, evaluate long-term viability and performance, and proactively mitigate potential loss.<\/p>\n<h2>Essential Job Functions (Duties\/Responsibilities)<\/h2>\n<p>This position will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor quality and performance of an assigned commercial loan portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for timely satisfaction and compliance with Investor requirements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for completing quarterly financial analyses to evaluate projects performance and discuss with borrowers any substantial variances noted<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Physical Property inspections, in order to evaluate property condition and follow up on any deferred maintenance observed. Additionally, conduct joint site visits with Agency partners to ensure properties are adequately maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Loan document review and interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas of risk and evaluate long term viability of loans<\/li>\n<li>Complete Risk Ratings to proactively mitigate potential risk associated with each asset within the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Develop and review Action Plans to communicate and address risk and corrective action steps being taken to mitigate that risk<\/li>\n<li>Engage in ongoing dialogue with borrowers relative to their stabilization plans, and budgets.
