{"id":43537,"date":"2026-04-22T20:42:22","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T01:42:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=43537"},"modified":"2026-04-23T08:44:55","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T13:44:55","slug":"asset-management-associate-16","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/asset-management-associate-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Asset Management Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Asset Managers in managing a portfolio of various investments.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in executing investment strategy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual business plans to achieve investment strategies that are consistent with client objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quarterly valuations, quarterly investment updates, quarterly cash flow projections and other financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve property operating statements; share accountability for budgeted results and supports the budget versus actual analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in leasing calls and conduct analysis to assist in making recommendations to Portfolio Management on leasing decisions with Asset Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze value of capital projects; create plan and make recommendations to Portfolio Management; execute capital plan; track actual results vs budgeted plan.<\/li>\n<li>Support senior team in restructurings, sales and asset financings, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Understand capital and investment structure and the relationship between property operations and investment performance.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and report on investment performance measures and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong market knowledge for assigned assets; collect market information including competitive market information.<\/li>\n<li>Support Asset Management on assets through data collection, cash flow modeling, competitive analysis, research analysis and annual business plan and budget preparations.<\/li>\n<li>Support Acquisitions on market intelligence and due diligence for new acquisitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Conduct<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Work effectively as a member of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong working relationships with Portfolio Managers and members of the Asset Management team.<\/li>\n<li>Generate innovative approaches to situations.<\/li>\n<li>Implement thorough follow-up and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter who takes initiative on projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills\/Experience Required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA and a strong academic record with emphasis on real estate, finance, accounting and\/or economics preferred.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of direct real estate asset management experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and fluency with Argus valuation software and Excel required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to select and efficiently manage the activities of internal resources and third-party service providers<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation skills, presentation skills and a history of successful interaction with clients and partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aew.com\/about\/careers\/asset-management-associate-2\">AEW&#8217;s\u00a0 Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities Work with Asset Managers in managing a portfolio of various investments.
