in conducting performance calculations for each TS asset:<\/li>\n<li>Support the various teams in Leasing, Property Management, Finance, Construction, Tax and Accounting teams to gather data relevant to each asset<\/li>\n<li>Assist with updating financial models and returns calculations on a quarterly basis<\/li>\n<li>Work with Portfolio Management to evaluate current property values<\/li>\n<li>Support the review of all asset materials to ensure total accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assist in dispositions process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help create sale memoranda and data room<\/li>\n<li>Support in analyzing offers and run different exit strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assist in creating presentations and reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the preparation of information for senior management to take important strategic decisions regarding assets<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the creation of relevant presentations and memoranda for internal or external use<\/li>\n<li>Create and update reporting (investors, banks, administration)<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation of reports for investors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Support the conduct of property inspections and operations review<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review documentation (leases, contracts, condition reports)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in financing and refinancing processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist in yearly budgeting campaign<\/li>\n<li>Assist in leasing and marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Undertake market research and survey market rents, inventory, absorption, new construction<\/li>\n<li>Assist in assuring that all building data is current, accurate and resident on the Web platform at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assist in evaluation of acquisitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the other functions within TS (leasing, property management, asset management, and construction) to gather data relevant to asset valuation<\/li>\n<li>Help to develop asset acquisition financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Help to create multiple scenarios using different finance strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assist in the due diligence process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage the detailed financial models<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate the results from the other TS function into the financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain documentation<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings with sellers, brokers and attorneys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Undertake market research and maintain a data base of key transactions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review critical issue reports, newsletters, and publications to stay current re: TS specific and industry related issues<\/li>\n<li>Survey market rents, inventory, absorption, new construction<\/li>\n<li>Update\/maintain internal market database<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Skills \/ Experience<\/h2>\n<p>The candidate will interact with colleagues throughout the organisation and therefore should be articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels, including senior management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required for the role is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good understanding of European Real Estate investment markets and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Financial modeling skills including a high degree of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to think strategically and to present information in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in managing multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good listening skills and responsiveness,<\/li>\n<li>Well-organised with exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work independently and proactively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable but not essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An understanding of real estate development would also be advantageous but is not essential.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial real estate know-how<\/li>\n<li>Other
