The analyst will be involved with quantitative financial modeling, asset performance analysis, developing business plans, and reporting for our multifamily portfolio. The role will collaborate in a dynamic team environment and interact with teams across our core functions, including: portfolio management, acquisitions, development, capital markets, property management, corporate strategy, innovation, design and construction, and leasing.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide analytical support to assist with the asset management function of existing properties, including quarterly valuations, cash management, hold\/sell analyses, and other ad hoc sensitivity analyses<\/li>\n<li>Complete market research \u2013 through third-party data providers and communication with local brokers \u2013 to compile relevant lease comparable, sale comparable, competitive sets, development pipelines, and general market data<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentation materials and proposals with responsibility for written and graphic requirements<\/li>\n<li>Annual budgeting and reforecasting in coordination with property management, design &amp; construction, leasing and accounting teams.<\/li>\n<li>Execute on or establish an asset\u2019s business plan; coordinate with investment partners and participate in meetings with internal teams as well third-party consultants, such as architects, engineers, and marketing agencies, in furtherance of the asset\u2019s business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Managing refinancing and disposition activities, as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and manage tracking of various ongoing capital projects in coordination with design &amp; construction teams and property management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate environment focusing on multifamily<\/li>\n<li>Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side<\/li>\n<li>Strong creative problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and financial modeling<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Unwavering attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/ts.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/tishmanspeyer\/job\/NYC---Midtown\/Experienced-Analyst--Multifamily-Asset-Management_R009206?workerSubType=4cff9749f4cd461a95b7938b0bc21c19&amp;workerSubType=45355e65775644a0a96b8a86ab885fe9&amp;CF_EEB_-_Sub_Department_Display_Name_for_Job_Posting_Extended=50e32950b620100a939479779e9e0000&amp;CF_EEB_-_Sub_Department_Display_Name_for_Job_Posting_Extended=50e32950b620100a939478dd94eb0001&amp;CF_EEB_-_Sub_Department_Display_Name_for_Job_Posting_Extended=50e32950b620100a93947b45bed00001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tishman Speyer&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asset Management focuses on asset strategy, business plan development and execution, investment performance, investment decision analysis, lease analysis, redevelopment management, and refinancing\/disposition analysis within the operating portfolio.
