We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our financial operations across EMEA. This is a remote position based in Poland, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international project and develop your finance expertise.<\/p>\n<h2>What You Will Do:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and execute accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy for client financial statement packages.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries, meticulously recording all financial transactions (expenses, receipts, distributions, funding).<\/li>\n<li>Compile and generate accurate financial packages and reports, utilizing data from diverse sources.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver monthly forecasts, providing clear variance explanations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee monthly billing, revenue recognition, and accrual processes, including allocation management.<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end closing activities, collaborating with controllers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to and resolve accounting inquiries and requests from management, vendors, and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively research and address accounting issues, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial trends and supporting strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize scenario planning tools\/models to analyze business conditions and inform financial strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Need:<\/h2>\n<p>Bachelor\/Master&#8217;s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.<br \/>\n2+ years of experience in Finance or related.<br \/>\nFluent English.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of Finance principles and accounting fundamentals.<br \/>\nExcellent Excel skills.<br \/>\nKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft).<br \/>\nStrong communication skills (written and verbal).<br \/>\nAbility to work independently, requiring minimal supervision.<br \/>\nOrganizational skills and inquisitive mindset.<br \/>\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.cbre.com\/en_US\/careers\/JobDetail\/Finance-Analyst\/262115\">Trammell Crow Company&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join our team at CBRE GWS as a Finance Analyst!
