This role focuses on portfolio impact, BU and Enterprise engagement, and strategic initiatives, complementing the BI Lead with higher-order analysis and decision support.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead development of portfolio scenarios and trade-off analyses (e.g., invest vs. divest, consolidate vs. grow)<\/li>\n<li>Support Business Case development for engaging with Business Units and Enterprise to present real estate options<\/li>\n<li>Partner with BI Lead through dashboards to assess portfolio impact, risk, value, and timing<\/li>\n<li>Develop and define portfolio metrics and decision frameworks to identify risks and opportunities in portfolio data<\/li>\n<li>Prepare decision-ready materials for the Enterprise Portfolio Reviews<\/li>\n<li>Support the co-ordination and execution of strategic initiatives as developed across the account services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Critical Capabilities &amp; Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong background in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio planning, or consulting<\/li>\n<li>Experience working directly with Senior Executives and Business Unit leaders<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen (NPV, ROI, P&amp;L and Cash analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Strong capabilities in MS365 particularly PPT and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Ability to synthesize data, operational context, and enterprise strategy into clear recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage problem definition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Success Measures<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Portfolio scenarios and recommendations adopted or actioned<\/li>\n<li>Strong BU\/Enterprise engagement and confidence in strategic guidance<\/li>\n<li>Reduced reactive decision-making and late-stage escalations<\/li>\n<li>Clear linkage between portfolio trade-off actions and enterprise outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/jobs\/r308714\/strategic-portfolio-advisor-enterprise-real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cushman Wakefield Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Strategic Portfolio Advisor supports enterprise and Business Unit real estate strategy by translating portfolio data, metrics, and scenarios into actionable insights and recommendations.
