{"id":43723,"date":"2026-05-06T12:44:28","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T17:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=43723"},"modified":"2026-05-05T01:48:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T06:48:09","slug":"vice-president-m-w-d-portfolio-management","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/vice-president-m-w-d-portfolio-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Vice President (m\/w\/d), Portfolio Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for implementation of fund business plans and strategy by coordinating the day-to-day fund administration of an open-ended, diversified 1bn \u20ac pan-European core fund, managing the property portfolio, overseeing and carrying out financial reporting and modelling, managing ESG initiatives and data collection and creating investor presentation material.<\/p>\n<h2>Investment Strategy and Performance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support to implement investment strategy for the portfolio consistent with portfolio objectives related to matters like property types, geography, use of debt, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing portfolio strategy reports together with Research department<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and carry out portfolio analysis on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Portfolio Strategy\/Financial Plan<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidating asset budgets<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and calculating\/checking of asset and portfolio level cash-flows and returns<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and check Variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate all assets proposed for sale within the context of defined hold\/sell strategies<\/li>\n<li>Controlling liquidity status of the funds<\/li>\n<li>Fund Liquidity projections<\/li>\n<li>Preparing board decision materials<\/li>\n<li>Controlling of loan portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with LaSalle financing and fund operations teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>New Investments\/Divestments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review all proposed acquisition cash flows to make sure they meet the defined criteria for new investments<\/li>\n<li>Preparing investment committee decision materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Oversight of Asset Management Activities (support of Fund Manager)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervising Asset Managers. Control implementation of asset business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising all major projects of refurbishment, re-letting etc.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and updating all asset level strategic plans on an annual basis.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of budget process<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with Asset Managers<\/li>\n<li>Validating budgets<\/li>\n<li>Constant improvement of format and calculation methods in line with market changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ensure regular investor reporting<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and control monthly\/quarterly investor reporting<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparation of annual investor reporting<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual investor meeting materials<\/li>\n<li>Prepare 2 investor update call presentations per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>ESG strategy and compliance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support implementation of the ESG strategy of the fund<\/li>\n<li>Report on the implementation progress of this ESG strategy<\/li>\n<li>Assist in defining asset specific implementation road maps<\/li>\n<li>Supervise implementation of asset road maps<\/li>\n<li>Aggregate asset consumption data on fund level and prepare necessary SFDR reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 7 years\u2019 real estate experience in relevant European markets, ideally through fund management, asset management or transactions<\/li>\n<li>Experience with living concepts and\/or logistics of advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SFDR requirements\/outputs and ESG measures<\/li>\n<li>Analytical working style\/attitude<\/li>\n<li>Cash flow modelling and analytical skills (Excel &amp; Argus)<\/li>\n<li>Diligent working attitude with the ability to combine details with the bigger picture<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
