Joining here means you\u2019ll become part of our inclusive teams and culture, unified by the firm\u2019s mission and commitment to success.<\/p>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Executing Transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc. and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client\/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Working with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams<br \/>\nBuilding and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises<\/li>\n<li>Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years prior work experience:<\/li>\n<li>in an investment banking front office role<\/li>\n<li>in a relevant role at a top tier consulting firm (financial, commercial, or operational due diligence)<\/li>\n<li>Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance and\/or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business.<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_1001\/job\/210734798\/?keyword=Acqusition&amp;mode=location\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JP Morgan Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As an Analyst in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions , you will be a key player in the execution of the firm&#8217;s business.
