The Asia region consists of a hub in Hong Kong and regional offices in Tokyo, Beijing, Seoul, Singapore, and Mumbai. Corporate Treasury Asia is seeking an analyst level professional with record track working experience who can work in our Beijing office to primarily support our China Bank.<\/p>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll do in the role:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and\/or client segments<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the Firm&#8217;s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work<\/li>\n<li>Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm&#8217;s values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the Bank&#8217;s currency funding requirements through optimizing unsecured funding mix.<\/li>\n<li>Update and publish Bank&#8217;s FTP to business units based on internal FTP mechanism and complete relative regulatory reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Support Bank&#8217;s Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meeting preparation, including meeting materials preparation and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support capital and liquidity impact analysis resulting from Bank&#8217;s new business initiatives from business unites.<\/li>\n<li>Support Treasury internal policies and procedures periodical review based on internal business upgrades or regulatory requirements to enhance internal control framework.<\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor regulatory development, identify challenges with regards to funding, liquidity and capital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll bring to the role:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and\/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance, economics, or accounting, with master&#8217;s degree or qualifications such as CFA a plus<\/li>\n<li>Related work experience in commercial bank&#8217;s Treasury department in China, with understanding of Treasury funding activities, liquidity management and the regulatory landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Interbank CFETS RMB and FX trading license are preferred<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork and ability to work across organizational and geographical boundaries<\/li>\n<li>High motivation, excellent team player, strong appetite to learn and adaptable in a dynamic work culture and able to work independently<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years&#8217; relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.morganstanley.com.cn\/job\/MSBIC%2C-Treasury%2C-Associate%2C-Beijing\/945-en_US\">Morgan Stanley Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re seeking someone to join our team as a Treasury Associate in Corporate Treasury team to provide corporate finance advisory services to senior management and the business units, maintaining the&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7459,"featured_media":41911,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Beijing, China","_application":"https:\/\/careers.morganstanley.com.cn\/job\/MSBIC%2C-Treasury%2C-Associate%2C-Beijing\/945-en_US","_company_name":"","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.morganstanley.com\/","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","_apply_link":"","_hide_expiration":"0","_company_facebook":"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/morganstanley"},"job_listing_region":[195],"job-categories":[69],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-43887","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","6":"job_listing_region-east-asia","7":"job_listing_category-finance","8":"job_listing_type-full-time","10":"job-type-full-time"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
