Asset Management at Ventas oversees performance and strategy across a diverse real estate portfolio spanning senior living, medical office and research assets. The team blends rigorous analytics, disciplined execution and deep operator and tenant engagement to drive NOI, enhance asset value and support long-term portfolio health. Asset Management partners closely with Investments, FP&A, Development, Legal, Finance and other functions to ensure alignment on priorities and to execute initiatives that strengthen both individual assets and the broader platform.<\/p>\n
The Financial Analyst supports portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting and foundational operational insight. This role plays a key part in evaluating asset level financial performance, monitoring KPIs and assisting with the analytical work that underpins asset reviews. The Analyst helps ensure that asset managers have accurate and timely data to drive decisions and performance discussions.<\/p>\n
The role also assists with budgeting, reforecasting, competitive analysis, capital planning and market research. The Analyst prepares materials for portfolio reviews and leadership updates, maintains key systems and supports cross-functional initiatives that reinforce asset performance.
