You will work closely with Asset Managers to support the management, value enhancement, and operational performance of a retail real estate portfolio across Czechia and Slovakia. You will have an opportunity to develop into an asset management role depending on your performance. Possibility to work on international projects in a medium term.<\/p>\n<p>In this role will interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (property managers, valuers, brokers, tenants, legal advisors, technical consultants, internal transactions and ESG teams, etc.) and will be responsible for the following tasks:<\/p>\n<h2>Key responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Update and monitor business plans for each asset.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the quarterly valuation process for assets<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quarterly investor reporting, including key asset KPIs and short\/medium\/long term strategic updates.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare materials for internal investment and capex committees (European Investment Committee) related to capex projects, refurbishments, developments, and disposals.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to data quality management, reporting systems, and continuous process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytical support for acquisition and disposal underwriting when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Profile:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree with a specialization in real estate, finance, economics, engineering or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience or internships in real estate, ideally in asset management, valuations, or investment, is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and support Asset<\/li>\n<li>Managers on diverse tasks beyond core analytical responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and thinking, and ability to set priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Natural way of working on various tasks in parallel with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Czech or Slovak and high level English are required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.cbre.com\/en_US\/careers\/JobDetail\/Analyst-Asset-Management-Retail-fluent-in-Czech-or-Slovak\/276809\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CBRE Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CBRE Investment Management Central Europe is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join the Asset Management team, based in Prague.
