{"id":44037,"date":"2026-05-25T00:50:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T05:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=44037"},"modified":"2026-05-25T01:10:25","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T06:10:25","slug":"real-estate-equity-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/real-estate-equity-associate\/","title":{"rendered":"Real Estate Equity Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a <strong>Real Estate Equity Associate<\/strong> to strengthen the commercial and strategic management of our rental real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n<h2>What is the mission of your position\u2026<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The Real Estate Equity Associate<\/strong> will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing occupancy, and strengthening business relationships for the Company&#8217;s rental real estate portfolio.<br \/>\nThey will act as a liaison between <strong>business strategy , operational execution , and daily interaction with various tenants and intermediaries ,<\/strong> ensuring decisions are based on market, risk, and profitability analysis.<\/p>\n<p>This role will have a direct role in defining placement strategies, contract negotiation, evaluation of potential tenants, and cross-functional coordination with key internal areas such as Legal, Collections, Operations, and Asset Management.<\/p>\n<h2>What will you do in this role\u2026<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Commercial Strategy and Portfolio Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, update and execute the commercial strategy for rental real estate assets.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze submarkets, trends, rents, and vacancy levels to guide pricing and positioning decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage placement and contract renewal plans, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Design marketing and outreach strategies to increase exposure and attract quality tenants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tenant Relations and Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate potential tenants through analysis of financial statements, business background, and risk criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain direct and ongoing contact with current tenants, anticipating needs and strengthening long-term relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Accompany and lead commercial negotiations, presenting proposals with financial backing.<\/li>\n<li>Define a strategy for enabling spaces, coordinating with the different areas and actors involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Asset Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor key indicators: rents, delinquency, occupancy, due dates and commercial performance of each asset.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the Rent Roll and contractual documentation up to date on corporate platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the collection management in collaboration with the Collection and Prosecutor&#8217;s Office when appropriate.Commercial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Execution, Control and Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, present and support commercial and contractual closings in internal instances.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal processes, approval workflows, and MetLife corporate standards.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in business follow-up meetings, reporting progress, risks, and next steps.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with brokers, generating a constant pipeline of business opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>To contribute to your success, it&#8217;s important that you have\u2026<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Academic background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering or related field.<br \/>\nWork experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in commercial or real estate investment roles.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in income-producing assets , including direct negotiation and business analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metlifecareers.com\/en_US\/ml\/JobDetail\/Real-Estate-Equity-Associate\/16557\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MetLife Real Estate Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Real Estate Equity Associate to strengthen the commercial and strategic management of our rental real estate portfolio.
