Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Underwriting asset management strategies and business plans for potential investments.<\/li>\n<li>Completing strategic asset management initiatives to improve the Western Europe portfolio: refurbishments, redevelopment, lease negotiations, CAPEX projects.<\/li>\n<li>Budget planning and recommending the annual budget to the investor.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the preparation and submittal of assigned reporting to management and investors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of all strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Managing third parties including external property managers, lawyers, valuers, and leasing agents.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the analysis and operationalisation of the ESG impact on the property sector and taking relevant decisions.<\/li>\n<li>To hold and develop strong occupier relationships that are accretive to our portfolio leasing strategy, and rent optimisation through lease churn and renegotiation.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the Hines UK, Ireland and France acquisitions team<br \/>\nSecuring third party management services work.<\/li>\n<li>Working jointly with Hines\u2019 regional teams to evaluate and agree strategy for each asset.<\/li>\n<li>Generally supporting team members in strategy formation and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Upholding Hines\u2019 ethical standards through meticulous compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>Minimum Requirements Include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are educated to a degree level in a business subject and preferably can demonstrate an ongoing commitment to further education, be that a master\u2019s degree or RICS accreditation.<\/li>\n<li>Ten or more years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry for a real estate company with responsibility for financial analysis, leasing\/marketing activity oversight, and execution of strategic plans.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and needs a minimum oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the highest degree of integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think creatively and contribute to project success.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze real estate from a strategic point of view.<\/li>\n<li>Well organized with a strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
