Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investment and Acquisitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the evaluation of investment opportunities in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and other Mainland China markets.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare market studies, feasibility analyses and cash flow modelling for new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare investment proposals, including investment committee and marketing materials for pipeline opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisers across legal, financial, tax, technical and other workstreams.<\/li>\n<li>Support transaction execution, including documentation review, negotiation support, process coordination and closing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Asset Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support asset management of operating properties, including business planning, valuation, leasing, investor relations, financing and performance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project updates, cash flow analyses, projections and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance against business plans and budgets, and identify material variances and key performance drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in development management projects across the full cycle, including feasibility, design, approvals, contracting and construction oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams, including fund management, finance, construction, legal, marketing, leasing and operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>Minimum Requirements include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree, MBA, CFA or other relevant professional qualification is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, private equity, banking or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Analyst position.<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical, analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to prepare and analyse cash flow models.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports and investment materials.<\/li>\n<li>Strong research, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong initiative and ability to work independently with appropriate oversight, while coordinating effectively across internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to real estate investment and asset management in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area or Mainland China is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers-hines.icims.com\/jobs\/14132\/associate\/job\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hines&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As an Associate with Hines, you will support real estate investment, development and asset management activities in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, with broader support for Mainland China&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7459,"featured_media":41855,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Hong Kong","_application":"https:\/\/careers-hines.icims.com\/jobs\/14132\/associate\/job","_company_name":"Hines","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.hines.com\/","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","_apply_link":"","_hide_expiration":"0","_company_facebook":""},"job_listing_region":[195],"job-categories":[37,68],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[241],"class_list":{"0":"post-44151","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","6":"job_listing_region-east-asia","7":"job_listing_category-asset-management","8":"job_listing_category-development","9":"job_listing_type-full-time","10":"job_listing_tag-real-estate-private-equity","12":"job-type-full-time"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
